New Rising Brook Trout commission hanging in its new home and another very happy client!

The goal here was to capture a clearwater rise with an angled brook trout feeding on the surface. He also wanted to have it at an angle that showed off the beautiful red underbelly of the brookie in contrast to clear blue water. We worked closely together on this through phone calls and email from sketch to framed painting. I love working with cool people and seeing the smiles on their faces when they have a completed painting hanging in their home.
